$1,800 to $4,999

Across the country, the pomegranate, one of only seven species mentioned in the Torah, has become a powerful symbol for women's giving. The pomegranate is said to have 613 seeds, one for each of the Torah's mitzvot, or commandments. We thank the women whose generous contributions of $1,800 or more to the Jewish Federation by recognizing them as part of the Pomegranate Division.  These women have the opportunity to acknowledge their commitment to women's giving by choosing to proudly wear a sterling silver pomegranate pin.

There are special events held to recognize donors at the Pomegranate level.
