Jewish Apartments & Services provides residences and support services for older adults who are able to function independently and maintain their own quarters. Needs:

Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit, at its locations in Oak Park and West Bloomfield, provides a variety of cultural, social, educational and recreational programs and services within a Jewish context. The JCC has many departments with diverse opportunities for volunteers. Needs:

Jewish Family Service offers social and mental health programs and services for people of all ages, including individual, family and group counseling. Included with these services is the resettlement of new Americans into the community, financial services to individuals and families, adoption, domestic violence and substance abuse programs and case management; homecare, and transportation for older adults. Jewish Home & Aging Services offers residential care for older adults requiring special assistance in the Fleischman Residence/Blumberg Plaza, a licensed home for aged. JHAS offers outreach services to Jewish residents of care facilities in the tri-county area. Needs:
Jewish Vocational Service provides job placement, career development, mental health services, vocational rehabilitation, adult day care and other specialized senior services. JVS has many volunteer opportunities for those interested in working with older adults. Needs:
